Survey Description
The Juniper Hall Satisfaction Survey was administered to the residence hall community by College Housing Northwest staff in January 2007. The survey was designed to measure resident satisfaction with the housing staff, facility, safety and secuity, food service and the overall residential experience. Forty-three (43) residents completed the survey.
Key Findings
-Respondents were generally satisfied with housing staff efforts
-Only 9% of respondents chose to live in Juniper Hall to experience a “true college experience”
-Areas for future improvement: bathroom maintenance, food service, feeling of safety and security--Over half of respondents agree or strongly agree that Juniper Hall has enhanced their COCC experience and would recommend Juniper Hall to other students.
Housing Staff:
