1. Discussion Items
a. Student Needs Survey
i. Suggestions for improvement
1. Add “Other” and blank text box to bottom of list of needs
2. Add “Parking (on or near campus)” to list of needs
3. Break Healthcare into two needs:
a. “Health Insurance (affordable, but limited plan)”
b. “Health Clinic (affordable, but limited service on campus)”
4. Add “Convenient Housing (located within a two mile radius of campus)”
5. Add “Dining Services (larger variety of options in more campus locations)”
ii. Getting it out
1. Eric will talk with Alicia Moore about getting it into future registration processes
2. Eric will talk with Ron Paradis about sending out the link to the survey in a student email or in the next e-newsletter
3. Eric will ask Instructional Deans to consider asking Department Heads to mention survey during first week of class in Winter Term
2. Action Items
a. Eric will work with Brynn Pierce to get survey on-line in early January
b. Eric will contact committee about Winter Term meeting dates after survey returned
c. Eric will communicate with MaryJeanne Kuhar about the possibility of having a clinic via the Nursing program
d. Eric will communicate Ron Paradis about getting the survey in the December e-newsletter
e. Eric will communicate with Erin Marlowe about a possible Broadside article
