COCC Students Mountain BikingThe COCC Club Sport/Intramural and Recreation programs offer a wide range of traditional and nontraditional sports and recreational activities along with special events and tournaments for people of all interests and abilities. The spacious Mazama complex features many top-flight sports and recreation facilities.
        
COCC Club Sports provide opportunities for intercollegiate and interclub competition, skill development, leadership and recreation. Clubs are organized by students with guidance from coaches, students, faculty, staff and community members. Current clubs include: baseball, basketball, cycling, dance, golf, lacrosse, rodeo, running, skiing (alpine and nordic), indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, swimming and volleyball.
        
Organized intramural activities are available at convenient times for COCC students, faculty, staff and alumni. The emphasis is on having fun, making friends and staying fit. Some activities feature friendly competition while others are purely recreational. Activities include: basketball, bench press tournaments, cycling (recreational and races), foosball, indoor soccer, day hikes, disc golf tournaments, flag football, golf tournaments, lacrosse, running events, soccer (outdoor), softball (coed), studio cycling, table tennis, tennis, ultimate frisbee, volleyball.
        
COCC promotes lifetime fitness for everyone. Facilities are available for drop-in use throughout the week. Informal recreational activities and organized sports are available to all. Coupons for free open swims at Juniper Aquatic Center and bowling at local bowling alleys are available from the COCC Sports and Recreation Office in Mazama Gym.
