Greetings from Central Oregon Community College and thank you for your interest in living in COCC’s residence hall, Juniper Hall. In order to provide a positive residence life experience, COCC works with professional student housing providers to coordinate our residence life services. We are currently in the process of determining which housing coordinators will partner with COCC for the 2008-09 academic year and as such, do not yet have complete student housing contracts available. However, a temporary contract is available from the Office of Student Life, outlining some basic expectations for students wishing to live in Juniper Hall. By signing and returning the contract along with a non refundable $250.00 security deposit, COCC guarantees that a space will be reserved for the first 98 temporary contracts received. Once the full student contract is finalized (anticipated date of mid-July), a copy will be sent to you for your review and signature.
Please contact the Office of Student Life at 541.383.7590 or gprice@cocc.edu for further information. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Sincerely,
Gordon Price
Director of Student Life
Students living in the residence hall are provided a full board plan through High Desert Management. Nineteen meals are served in the Grandview Hall Cafeteria each week while the college is in session.
Juniper Hall is closed during the holiday break periods. Students residing in the residence hall must find other housing accommodations during those times.
